1. Description of Service
Snapline provides automated Google review replies and optional tools to help local businesses get more 5-star reviews. Services include:
- AI-generated responses to Google reviews
- Branded QR codes to collect customer reviews
- Basic review sentiment filtering
2. Account Requirements
You must connect your Google Business Profile and, if applicable, provide customer name and phone number data for outreach. You are responsible for ensuring you have proper consent to share this data.
3. Usage Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Use Snapline for illegal, deceptive, or misleading purposes
- Submit false or unauthorized data
- Attempt to reverse-engineer our systems
4. Cancellation and Billing
All services are month-to-month. You may cancel anytime via your dashboard. Setup fees are non-refundable. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before your billing date.
5. AI Content Disclaimer
Snapline uses AI to generate responses. While we aim for tone-matching and professionalism, we are not liable for how replies are interpreted or any negative outcomes from AI-generated messages.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for changes to your online reputation, Google policies, or technical disruptions. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 30 days.
